Chairman
With more than 24 years across premium vending, Paul is one of the most experienced figures in the industry. He previously ran the national network for Nestle's Nespresso vending arm and has worked with premium locations across multiple industries, giving him an expert command of branding, corporate guidelines and institutional standards. As Chairman, he guides VLA's direction and provides the financial backing behind the business.
Chief Executive Officer
Brent brings 25 years in the vending industry to VLA. He spent close to 15 years managing the CCAmatil (Coca-Cola) and Smith's networks across Australia, then a further decade running his own network of 100 machines through the Mid North Coast, a hands-on command of the logistics, placements and day-to-day realities of keeping machines performing.
Chief of Staff
With over four years running administrative operations at Novelty Vending Global and qualifications in business administration, Victoria is the central point of contact for all site and operational matters. As Chief of Staff she bridges clients, site managers and internal teams to keep the business running smoothly.
Chief Marketing Officer
Aladin is one of only eight people in Queensland to complete the AI Fundamentals course, keeping VLA at the cutting edge of creative AI tools for marketing. He leads an offshore team of 20 and brings extensive vending-industry experience, having built and run his own digital marketing firm through to 2017, later acquired by a Telstra subsidiary.
Head of Stock, Logistics & Installation
A former warehouse manager at PFD Food Services, where he led a team of over 100 staff, Dan now heads Stock, Logistics and Installation at VLA. He oversees the movement and management of machines and stock end to end, and ensures every install is carried out to the highest standard.
